There’s a lot of different information regarding death in LOTR online. So, I visited lots of sites and some people say you lose everything, some say that you don’t lose anything. So here’s my question: what happens when you die? Do you lose your items and equipment or not? Please respond only if you’ve died already

No, you do not lose your items or equipment, but you get some penalties regarding them, that is, you need to make some repairs on them. There’s no XP loss, too. But if you die to often, your items are gonna break so you won’t be able to repair them any more.
