LOTR Online Activation key problem

I'm having difficulty logging in, I'm seeing all servers as closed even tho I know they're really not, because my friends are all online, creating characters there. The help section says I should verify my account status but I can't, at least not with the same key, because it's stuck as "being processed" and I can't get no further than that!
That's not very succinctly put. I'm not sure exactly how your problem is manifesting, but you should probably try contacting Turbine's tech support directly rather than looking for help on the forum.
Come to think of it, is your copy of the game pre ordered? Because I remember people reporting the all servers closed syndrome, there was some bug in the activation keys I think.
