Hi. I have received a Buddy key from my friend, so I can trial how the world of LOTRO is working. However, I do not know which client to download. I know those keys are not illegal, because it is meant to be given away. I have tried to find out which client to get, but I never managed to find out. That is why I need your help, because I do not know what to do.

All those buddy keys and similar stuff are meant to be given away. If you received one, then you must download the client that is meant to be for those keys. It seems that you did not read the information you were given. Many players make similar mistake, so there is separate page on the main web site of LOTRO. That way, gamers who receive those key, can find out every piece of information they need. You must find that page, and there you can read and find out everything you need to know.
