Hi! After I select my world, and the quest is complete, it goes to the "connecting to authentication server". Then the computer screen will go black and there will be a tiny box to click that says, "QUIT". Even if I try to change worlds, it still does the same thing all over again. after that it will reload and the computer screen that prompts for your username and password appears. How can I solve this problem?

Hi! Fist thing you should do, is to find new drivers for your graphic card on the website of it's manufacture. If that doesnt help, try installing .NET 1.1, Framework. That software component will improve your system, and that might solve this problem. the next thing you should try is to open network ports for this game, ports 9000-9010UDP and ports 2900-2910UDP. When configuring port forwarding explicitly, you need to specify the client's port. By default, the client lets the operating system choose its port. If that doesnt help, just reinstall the game. If you still have a problem, try contacting the developers!
