Just because it seems to be a slow day, I'll elaborate a bit. The mouth is a body part capable of inflicting quite a bit of damage. The penis is an extremely tender area. The last thing I'd do is "force" some woman to put her mouth near my penis.

OK .. I'm no psychotherapist or anything but I have had some experience with Rape and Rape Trama syndrome and I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe that someone who was just the victim of a traumatic rape would have been able to go back to the front desk and "finish up her work"...
I will have to wait till I hear more come out to develop a REAL opinion but this little tidbit of information leads me to believe that she talked herself into this incident being more than what it was ...

I think her story was true, the only thing up for debate is whether it was rape or not.

I think it happened.. he probably was more foreceful than he should have been but she talked to some friends, etc .. mulled it over and DECIDED she was raped afterwards ...

Why? Rememeber this was a person that she "did" like....she might have been in denial, disbelif that it just happen...look at date rapes. People get raped then go into a "safe" place as if nothing happen. Remember the report is being stated by the officer that took it. His acount might not be the same exact wording and for that matter the feelings or emotions that came from her are not being felt or seen...not until she testifys on the stand will we get that. also with her finishing up her work....was she distant, was she crying, was she void...we dont know..she could have been such a mess that she was in denial, afterwards it boiled over and she broke and told what happen.

abi that was your reaction...not going to be the same for all people. I know a girl in school that was getting raped by her dad everyday before she came to class in the morning...yet she showed up and "acted" as if nothing was wrong. She killed her self before the end of the school year.
