I made a purchase on a new remote for my car's alarm from someone on ebay. The picture they included had something that looked all shiny and new, yet when it arived it was very dull & banged up.
I left a neutral feedback because I wasn't happy with the look, yet it works a hell of a lot better than my old remote.
Well, now the d*****t's been asking me to remove my feedback of him and I explained it and said no. Neutral isn't bad, it just isn't good. So deal with it.
He drops me a negative feedback because I "Attempted to return my old broken remote for the price of the new remote" which is complete and total b******t. I didn't ask for money back, nor did I try to send him anything. I considered the issue closed, yet they go and pull this shit.
I feal like sending them a letter bomb, christ I hate people.

Can't you explain that on the follow-up under his feedback?

PM me his email address. I'll use an open relay box at work and fake an email address from eBay members services:
"Dear Valued eBay Member,
It has come to our attention that multiple bidders on your items have been asked to remove neutral or negative feedback they have left for you. We have also been notified that you have responded negatively when said bidders did not modify their feedback.
We regret to inform you that forcing eBay members to modify or change feedback under threat of negative remarks is a direct violation of our policies and procedures and is an offense that will result in termination of your account. Due to the nature of these claims, you have 15 days to take one of the following actions:
1. You can file a formal complaint with our member services department. Please include documentation that supports claims stated in negative feedback left for bidders on your items. You will need to include contact information, including a daytime phone number, in the event that our member services department needs to contact you.
2. You can withdraw said feedback and submit a letter of apology to the members whom you have left negative feedback for. You will then want to submit copies of these letters corresponding with the valid auction number (VAN) of each auction related to the negative feedback charges. eBay member services will then remove the feedback from the bidder accounts and close this claim.
If we do not recieve a response within 15 days, your account will be permanently terminated. This time period and resulting disciplinary action is non-negotiable.
Again, we regret the need of this letter and hope a peacful resolution can be reached regarding these claims.
Thank you,
Erwin Staples
eBay Member Services Department"

I always check the headers on shit like that, but it'll probably work and might not get scrutinized too much since it isn't a traditional 'ebay scam'.

Seems to me he has some smartass remark for anyone who has anything but nice things to say. I say we do a RP invasion on his phone number.
732-921-7760
He listed it on a reply to someone's neutral feedback LOL

This is why you wait until the other f*g leaves feedback first. Then you can make your claim

I would just reply "This is a LIE. Bad feedback left because I refused to give in to blackmail to remove a neutral feedback."

Ok, a question about feedback now.
He posted a responce to the neutral feedback that I left. How do I respond with a follow up responce?

I just won a cell phone off ebay and I'm praying it's in decent condition, the seller has really high positive feedback, but they seemed a bit off from their 5 emails that were left within 10 minutes of the auction ending demanding that I send them the money and what not.
Now they are saying they refuse to leave me positive feedback even though I sent the payment the minute I got home (12 minutes after the auction had ended I believe) until I give them positive feedback after receiving my item. I f*****g hate these people
Also, has anyone ever bought sunglasses off ebay? I'm a bit reluctant considering the ones I want retail at $275+ and these auctions are selling them "in the box, never used, brand new" for $170 or so. I would assume from their high feedback and + responses that the shades are authentic, but it seems so sketchy.
P.S. Spit is the man.

I bought some off of eBay Ash that you can't buy anymore anywhere. Picked em up for 50 bucks or so (retailed for 120 when they were in stores) and they were fine, everything was there etc...

I dunno, haven't seen Spink post on this thread yet.
As for me, I just realized that there's no way I'll know if he responded to it. The return email I faked was an ebay email and not an email box I can access. The world may never know.

Someone should start a feedback+ service that takes care of these issues and that can be linked to from Ebay.
