I've been to no less than 5 stores and none of them have it in stock, and haven't recieved it yet. The f*****g square-enix page says "March 28th" as the release date... I CAN'T FIND IT!!! ARGH!

Release dates are also the shipping date, sometimes you get lucky and get them the same day, most of the time you don't.

you play as Sora. Goofy, Donald or (insert random disney character in place of either) are side-characters that assist you in killing things. They have their own intelligence in the game.

o yeah about the game looking like its for kids or lame, all I know is i thought the same thing, then Kingdom Hearts became a best seller or whatever when they sell it for 20 bucks. I was like eh I heard it was an okay game, for 20 bucks I cant lose. Game was worth all 20 bucks, kh2 better be worth the 50 i put down for it though or Ill be p****d.

Too bad you dont live in Indy; it released out of Indy this morning!
I dropped it off at all my stores this morning at 9am. (I am a DM for GameStop/ EB).
Ive heard nothing but good things about it, but I havent even had a chance to play my copy yet.

game starts out hellah slow
and the black "load" screen is p*****g me off, think its because im used to god of war and there is like no load time whatsoever in that, just one fluid game
other then that its owning

Heh, my husband said I was crazy for pre-ordering it 2 years ago.
He decided not to pre-order.
He went in to get them to hold a copy for him the day before it came out.
He was told tough luck, they only had enough to fill the pre-orders.
Now, he gets to watch me play, or use mine the few times Im not on it, until he gets his own.
Sucks to be him.
And ya, the beginning would seem a bit confusing to anyone that hasn't plaed KH: Chain of Memories.
I'm only at the beginning, I think Sora has 12% of his memories restored?
I'm figuring Roxas (Sorax?) is what was left of Sora when Namine changed his memories, and the embodiement of that, in the tower?

I didnt pre order and I got it day of at Best Buy.
I went by GameStop later in the afternoon to pick up another Xbox360 and there was a line of people complaining that their pre order copies were not there due to some BS shortage (even though the local Best Buy got 80 copies)
Sucks to be them.
