The Republican Party does not agree with your views.

not me, love them. Seriously.
I had somone forge checks with my account number on it. BoA cought it in half a day, refunded all my money, closed the account and had a new one open for me and ready to go when I walked in the bank.
They saved me a world of hurt. I'll be using them from now on.

at first glance it looks s****y but read the whole article.
They got 4 weeks pay for each year of service. thats huge right there.
| Quote: | | Those laid-off employees received severance packages, in which the bank agreed to keep paying them for a certain period of time after they left the bank. Those employees making more than $75,000 got four weeks' severance per year of employment, plus nine extra weeks on top of that, a package considered generous in the industry. |
| Quote: | | For the former employees who received letters from the bank asking for severance pay back, the issue comes down to the agreements that each employee signed before being laid off. In them, the bank told employees how many weeks of severance it would pay and gave them a date when that payout would start. The bank claims that it paid the employees beyond the specified term by mistake, but some of the employees claim they received the proper amounts. |
