Me and my best friend play runescape together all the time...A couple days ago he installed a keylogger onto my computer and stole my password...Can somebody tell me how I can find the program and delete it?

Best free solutions that can find keylogger are Lavasoft's Ad Aware 2007 and Spybot Search & Destroy. They could work together pretty good.
Also, install Hijack This and scan your PC. In log you could see potential problem. I suggest that you post your HJT log on some helpdesk board so some expert could take a look and tell you the further steps you should take.
If you're unsure that you managed to delete the nasty keylogger, then reformatting of HDD is the only solution + changing all of your passwords after that.
