Kerry has accused the Bush campaign of as-of-yet-to-be-specified collusion between the Bush campaign and Swift boat veterans, which would be illegal under the clearly unconstitutional McCain-Feingold law.
But here's a list of verified illegal ties between the Kerry campaign and various organizations like MoveOn.org:

For the record, I think the McCain-Feingold law is one of the worst laws ever passed in this country.

Hey....it's not an illegal tie to moveon.org. Zach Exley, former director of special projects for Moveon.org is a fully paid employee of the Kerry campaign now. I'm sure he never ever ever talks with his old friends at Moveon.org.
