why arent people doing shit? if this happened in my neighborhood they would be digging Louiseville slugger splinters out of thier head for the next ten years.

WTF?

No one burns a flag in front of me and especially not a islamofacist who wants to exist longer than a minute in my presence.

KW: I am charged with inciting a riot, destroying merchandise, resisting arrest, and public disturbance. I can understand the public disturbance, but the other charges are not correct. I was not trying to start a riot, I was trying to shame them away. The merchandise that is in question is their hate filled propaganda, and posters, which I knocked down, but did not destroy. I did not resist arrest, in fact I was just the opposite, I cooperated with the police. They are saying it is a "hate" crime on my part.

Free speech is a b***h sometimes, but either you're comitted to it, or you get rid of it all the way. There's no compromising on free speech. (although that's sadly the reality nowadays, where voicing an unpopular opinion might not get you jailed, but certainly ruins your career - even if that opinion is justified and by any sane person not considered offensive)

What I'd like to know is why this person kept returning to a group that apparently offends her. There's always the option of - you know - not walking past them trieing to "shame them away"

If they really were suspected terrorists, the FBI wouldn't give a shit about political correctness - they'd be on their way to guantanamo bay, which has about as much to do with PC as the KKK with the NAACP.

But hey, it's always easy to blame the others for something you're really at fault at. We all know she got arrested because of those arabs and their political connections all the way to the President and the Justices of the Supreme Court... no way it was because she was disturbing a lawful activity, nah, that'd actually put blame on her!

Someone was standing outside a grocery store asking me to sign a petition to ban smoking in bars. Some lady was about to sign it. I told them they were both crazy and went inside. I don't think she signed it.

I hate cigarette smoke, but I wouldn't sign a petition to have smoking banned in bars. I just won't go to the bars. It seems like a better choice to me.

I wouldn't want to be the guy to explain to a million people, "hey...I don't know you, I don't know what you do in your personal life, but I'm going to tell you that you can't smoke in bars. Suck it!"

That would be rough.

It would be hillarious to watch, however. I mean, as long as I'm not the guy.

Oh, thank the heavens. A real pub where I don't have to endure the stench of smoke all night. Now I can get really f****d up!

And smoking is something that makes that brown cafe down the corner so special, its part of it, candles, beers, people playing cards, dice games whatever, dimmed lights, dark surroundings, and SMOKE!
