How long have you been out? |
5 years, but, i have my medical records, and proof of the problem surfacing after a jump i half burned in on....lost air and reinflated just before the ground. Was bad shoulder pain at the time because it was just pressing against a nerve root, but after 5 years or so of fighting VA, I should get some disability out of it.

My dad has a similar problem from when he was in the milatary. Hes still fighting the shit. Good luck with it.

Have you checked to see if you have county Veterans agents in your area?
Many have bit the dust due to funding cutbacks, but there are people in the veterans corners that work on this sort of thing. Lawyers as well to work on your case at no cost. Also contact the DAV.

Vets who try and bilk the system should get locked up for life.
Vets who get hurt in the line of duty should be taken care of like princes. This includes mental, phsycial and finanical help.
We owe a huge debt of gratitiude to these guys, wether or not you agree with what they are doing, they are doing what they are told in the name of Freedom.
