One day a woman walks into a doctors office. The doctor asks her what the problem is, and she promptly removes her shirt and bra.
"I've got this rash.. it's killing me!" she says.
A large, redish T-shaped rash is on her chest. Puzzled, the doctor ponders this for a minute... then, on a hunch..
"Do you have a boyfriend?" the doctor asks.
"Sure."
"Does he attend college?"
"Well, yeah," she replies. "He goes to Texas State."
"Does he wear his college sweatshirt while making love?"
Embarrased, the woman replies sheepishly "well, yes..."
"Ahah. Tell him to take it off from now on."

The next day, a woman comes in with a large S-shaped rash on her chest.
"Your boyfriend is in college, correct?" the doctor chances.
"Yeah, we go to Stanford; how'd you know?" she asks amazed.
"Just tell him to take his sweatshirt off when you're having ****," the doctor assures.

Amazingly enough, the next day, yet another young women enters his office with a similar condition. The doctor spots the large red "M" and smiles knowingly.
"Lemme guess. You have a boyfriend, and he goes to school at Michigan?"
"No, but I have a girlfriend, and she attends Wisconsin."
