I appreciate the face that he's voted 6 times for, when a baby is 7 months old, it is coerced to exit the womb, and when it is 75% out of the woman's body, they poke a scissors in the back of its skull and suck out its brain with a tube. Thx liberals!

John Kerry voted repeatedly against the Partial Birth Abortion Ban. He says that a health exception is necessary. Kerry spokeswoman Stephanie Cutter has stated that Kerry would support the ban if it included a "clear exception for life or health of women |

They put those votes out there so Democrats could vote against it and could get slammed for it. If you ever kept up with this stuff besides once every 4 years (of for most of you this is the first time) They try and pass most laws 3-10 times before it officially passes or fails. There are so many bills that are moronically worded so people will have to vote against and the other party can blame them for it without giving all of the information.
Look at Bush's push to vote for a Constitustional Amendment to make Marriage between a Man and Woman. He knew it would fail but all those that voted for or against are now on record for it while Bush got to back off to some degree without any political fallout.
