yeah so when I changed job I went for an electronical company as an enginner etc...
Since I'm the one with the best formation of all the normal folks I quickly got better project, hours etc...
2 months ago our director left so me and his assitant where doing most of the job.
A month ago we got a new director...and the assitant that I worked with got tossed away and they told him no for the director post...so he got screwed after helping them out.
Well yesterday he got fire dhe was sick of being used like a tool. And I must admit that since I know all of his work and that everyone tell me that I do a great job that I tought I would be the new assistant.
Well guess what a newcomer got in today and they offered him the assistant director post if he does the job in 3 months.
Guess what? the director told me : Hey Pat can you show hom the job?
WHAT THE f*****g f**k DO I LOOK THAT STUPID YOU OLD f*****g PIECE OF CRAP OH YEAH I WILL SHOW HIM THE JOB SO YOU CAN TOSS ME TOO RIGHT AFTER.
Anyway , so what now, i know this guy got the job because he knows lotys of high placed folks at the job etc..etc...
So should I just leave and find another job? at least I wont be a f*****g tool. Or just stay there and shut up?

Sure Mael it would be easy to say quit. So I say, quit.
Too many other positions out there to be working hard at one that you dont feel will get you where you want to be  I quit my s****y job that I always bitched about in the chat room and now I mysteriously ended up with a larger job with more responsibility. Go figure. Here I went ahead and took a paycut to leave my last director position, became just a web developer and now I am director of business operations. Its funny how shit works out.

Dear Pat,
It is too late to fix the fact that they offered the job to someone else. What you should be asking yourself is, did I make it known that I wanted that job? If you did, and they offered it to someone else, you have the right to ask why you weren't chosen.
Again, this will not change the situation, the offer was made to the other guy. So you need to suck it up and train him. That's what a good team player does.
And, while you are doing this, start getting your resume out there, find yourself a new job. It is obvious that you won;t be able to stay where you are at, but you do not want to quit without the security of another position in hand.
I hope some of this advice helps.

I'd consult your legal advisers and have your boss sign some papers saying, "Yes, we are hiring someone in over top of you and asking you to train them to do a job you are capable of."

All solved, yes ill have to train him but they want to show me the work of another division and I might have to slowly do a master.

they want me to move to another division of th company and since that will happen i may have to work on getting my Masters.
