It seems to me that you are new player to the game. In the first place, I want to welcome you to this big and happy family. Basic controls are, as always, keyboard and mouse. With those two things, you will enjoy playing the game very much. With keyboard, you can use shortcuts to cast spells and other stuff faster. The mouse is used to control movement of the character, as well as camera position. With those two things about the mouse, if you combine them, you are getting mouse look. So, the answer to you question is that there is a mouse look in Anarchy Online.
