A friend once told me that if you want to be a successful player in any online game you should start playing this game as soon as it is released, because if you don't do it, then you will face a lot of experienced players and you will not go far. I don't know if this is true and that is the reason why I am asking you. Is it too late to start out Everquest 2?

If what your friend told you was true, then you would be too late to start playing Everquest II. But luckily for you, it is not true at all. It is not true for this game and it is not true for any other game that is out there. If this was true how do you think that the number of current players of any game would rise? There would be no way in hell for that to happen. the truth is that if you are a new player you will encounter players who are new as well and as you progress in your skill you will progress in your enemy and his skill level.
