I haven't been playing WoW for a while now, and now that I'm getting back, it seems that the long conceited idea that Horde owns Alliance has now become common knowledge, is that right? Is there an imbalance in the game, and if there is, how exactly does it favor the Horde? Is it because they can now be Paladins, which they couldn't back in the day?!

Well, back in the day Alliance players couldn't choose shamans, so that sort of evens out… not.
But seriously, "A is inherently better than B" is just newb talk.

You will find servers with a higher alliance population than horde and visa versa, overall it is even I would say.

I preffer alliance but i have to say i hate to gnome s lol ^^

Horde is MUCH better for pvp, people are much more mature on the horde side as well.

Yes i have the same opinion. Most of little kids roll Night Elf and say "Look at me I am Logolas!" or a Dwarf "...Gimly", the situation was the following 'till BC came out.... the Blood Elves are perfect for the "New Legolases"...

I wouldnt say horde is better at all heh. The server i played in horde lost bad in AV but my friend server horde always win in AV. Gotta pick the side you like best and hope they are good heh.

The way i see it is.. All the kids and the cam-whores want to play night elves.. However now with the introduction of the.. "MOAR PREEETY" blood elves, im sure its just hell on both sides, GL on trying to decide, i'd say horde is more mature overall, but dont trust belfs. or nelfs. or gnomes.. or... tauren females... Or orc females for that matter.. They just look wierd.

I enjoyed leveling a alliance character more than a horde one. In pvp horde win most of the time but you find it much easier to play with others on the alliance. I think on most servers, alliance guilds are far more progressed and numerous than horde ones.

Horde use to be good with pvp. However, wow has changed significantly since day 1. In the expanion, both side is virtually the same, except the appearances.
