I dont think Fallen Earth is the sequel of Fallout. Actually, Fallout did have a sequel, Fallout2 in 1998 and thats it. There are minor similarities, one of which was the time, but generally speaking their genres are different, as well as, technical characteristic. For example, in Fallout characters can be created only by choosing and giving them one of 2 optional traits. I know that this game was released almost 10 years ago, but I still dont thing it has anything to do with Fallen Earth. I also wouldnt dare to accuse them of being copycats, because the creators probably only had the same influences while making these games.
