I just downloaded and installed LOTRO and I need some advice on what class to choose. Is burglar good one for playing? I have seen many screenshots and promotion videos of the game, so I vaguely know what I am diving into. Only thing I am not sure of is the choice of class. I need help at that, because I never played any MMO game before.

That is very complicated question and there are no easy answers. The pick of a certain class will determinate the whole gaming experience. All of the classes in LOTRO have different skills, strengths, and weaknesses. You first must do the extensive research of every class to find what the best fit is to your liking. Every player has different opinions about classes, so it is very unthankful to set aside one class. LOTRO is great game, and whichever character you choose, playing it will be pure joy. We all had similar problems when we started to play MMO games. You should not worry about it.

Burglar in the ettenmoors is a lot of fun. Burgs are also very good at soloing.
