When news comes in, it goes through screening, gets grouped with images and video and shit and then gets delivered to frontline (TV) and the webdev team. They both work on it at exactly the same time, the difference is that the TV anchor can read a sheet of paper and b******t about the issue while a video clip plays, and the web team has to type it out real quick, link a video and hit update. Barely a difference, if any.
