Is Anarchy Online Free? I want to subscribe but a friend told me to wait because, allegedly, it is going to be entirely free in few months time. Ive been browsing the Net in search of some information but I couldnt discover anything. Do you know something about subscriptions or free trials for this game? Im thinking of subscribing anyway, because I liked screenshots and flash movies.

For the time being Anarchy Online is a subscription based game and its cost is 14.95USD if paid monthly and the cost reduces significantly if you pay for a year in advance. There are trial periods which last, as usually, about two weeks. I think that the basic game together with the first expansion pack is downloadable for free from their official site. The other expansions must be bought. There is also the possibility to play the game for free, but youll be bothered by a great number of advertisements. The players who pay dont have to put up with that nuisance during the game. So, now you have to decide what option you like best.
