we would need a draft to suport the army size that would be needed in a war against iran. Iran is also a harder target because they are much much more fanatical than the iraqis. Iran will never be invaded by us even if they do do some shit to p**s us off.

We don't need many ground troops these days. Most of the fighting is done from the air. Our airforce and navy are practically entirely unutilized right now. We are entirely capable of easily conquering Iran at the moment, despite our hands being tied up in our two forward bases in the middle east. If we went in right now, we wouldn't be able to occupy it, though, and it would be 10x worse than Iraq. Of course Bush is taking care of that...The little blue hats have been invited to the party in Iraq. That'll free up 80,000 troops within a couple years.

About 10% of our military is in Iraq and Afghanistan. There is virtually no air combat going on right now and little need for either the air force or navy in those theaters. Not to mention the fact that we have a bitter enemy of Iran's as our new ally...Iraq.

You're welcome. Now I'd like to take some time to talk and reflect on my life...
When I was about 2 or three years old, I remember walking into the play room at my school and accidentally knocking over the Lego tower. They weren't the small hard plastic ones that the older kids normally used, they were the big ballooned, soft plastic ones that are much more child safe. This is the oldest memory that sticks out in my mind, aside from opening my eyes for the first time when I was born. What ensued after I knocked the lego tower over though, is what helps me remember this ordeal...as soon as the last lego stopped rattling across the hard floor onto the carpet in the doorway, one of my hispanic friends put his hand over his mouth and exclaimed, "oooo mama-miaaa!" We all had a merry laugh, and I don't remember the outcome of the situation, but I'm sure it wasn't a big deal. It must have been fun to put it back together anyways..
The next thing I remember from this time in my life (I lived in Hawthorn California btw, in the ghetto) was some sort of puppy-love affair I had with this girl whose name I think might have been Amanda or Ashley, I just remember it started with an A...I'm not really sure it matters..anyways, I was in the class room and we had been given pieces of paper to draw on with crayons and markers and all kinds of art utilities...I chose to draw a heart, and colored it green, and then I wrote her name on it and gave it to her. Well, this black kid that was sitting next to us saw this go down, and he screamed, with an unruly tone that could have had the Pope knocking his knees together in a frightful scare, " HEARTS ARENT A'PPOSED TO BE GREEN! THE'R RED DUMBY!" Amanda quickly reprimanded him by saying, "Hearts can be green! I like it!" To be honest it felt good. It felt so good to have someone believe in me and my green heart...especially Amanda.."ooooo mama-miaaa!"
That day on they playground, I felt something was different...I wasn't my usual self. I was somewhat afraid to go out onto the playground, I had an uneasy feeling. Then I remembered...."HEARTS ARENT A'PPOSED TO BE GREEN! THE'R RED DUMBY..Y..Y..y..y..y!" The words echoed in my mind as the event recoursed through my memory like a flash flood..
As I was walking towards the sand box near the back-left side of the playground, near the street, I spotted my kindergarten nemesis making a bucket castle with his shovel and bucket. He seemed harmless enough, but that couldn't be further from the truth...he was an animal..a monster!
After I realized who it was in the sand box, and the sudden realization of his hatred towards me flushed my thoughts, I quickly turned to go towards the monkey bars, hopefully dodging any further contact with the mean boy. To my surprise, he had spotted me walking towards him and was already in close persuit. I turned to him. As I turned, I had a feeling that something bad was going to happen, so I braced myself for the worst. His fist. *WHACK* Right in the schnozz...it hurt, real bad...in fact there was red stuff dripping all over me, all over my hands, my lips...my clothes. What is this stuff? Its coming from where he hit me in the nose...it hurts so bad! Well, I had a feeling I knew what it was that was coming out of my nose, something important, but I wasn't completely sure what it was or what it did..I just knew that it hurt.
After a yard aid had spotted me, and I don't recall if it was a man or a woman, although it doesn't really matter, I was taken to the nurses office to get cleaned up and fixed. It still hurt bad, but it felt much better now that all the red stuff was cleaned off. It scared me something fierce! I remember being picked up by my father that day and him having a talk with my teacher...I remember her saying how exceptional of a student I was, and how it would be best to take me home early that day so nothing else happened between me and the mean boy. Nothing ever did happen again, but oh weould I love to get my revenge...
As for Amanda and I...well, let's just say a little make-out session during nap-time was in order.

What is really funny is how eager you are to see more combat f***o. Are you even eligible to serve? Somehow I would imagine you would be deemed physically ineligible. And I know you haven't served any term's previously, so that makes you a peanut-gallery screaming phony, a fat, dopey looking one at that.

I am currently in the military. I will not confrim nor deny any information. I can say that the Army has done a stoplock therefor no one after a certain date right now can retire or get out. and recuriting is at a very good increase. The chair force has met all of their requirments for the fiscal year, the navy is getting to a point were certain rates are overmanned. The army is increasing their numbers greatly. We have the manpower. As civilians you only see what the news media gives you.

I was actually awarded a full 4-year air force scholarship in a major of my choice at any school in the country. I turned it down because my eyes made me ineligible for flying combat aircraft (the only thing I wanted to do). If I'm going to sit behind a desk, I'm going to get paid to do it. I would give up on the "fat" thing, too. The fact that I have more muscle than you does not mean your point is valid. It only means I can kick your snotty ass.
