OK, so I know the game is going to be instanced, but what I'd like to know is how deep does the instancing actually go? I mean, is it instanced like everywhere but in the cities and towns and guild zones (like, for example, DDO is), or is it only the dungeons and other killzones?

I'm not in the beta, but as far as I know it's the latter option. Check the official site for full info.
