You just cut a hole into the side of your case, secure it and run the power cable to the supply.

WTF does an extra spot mean? I don't speak "stupid".

You mean does it have a cable running out of the power supply that you can plug it in too? Yes.

Your case should have some extra spots to put them, but the right measure is sometimes hard to find. I installed 2 extra. one on the front, and on in the back. Basicly to give it some cool air flow.

Another option kurel(sp) gave is also handy. But you might want to put a big fan there if you dont have the 2 in the front and back.

1. Make a cardboard template, secure it to the side of the case and mark it with a pen.

2. Remove the template and cut the hole out with a dremal motor tool and drill the holes for the screws to secure too.

3. Secure the fan with the screws provided.

4. Run power cable to a pass-through cable on your power suppy.

It's not exactly difficult if you have experience with a rotary tool. Or basic geometry.

But then again, look who I'm talking too :/

Then pay someone who knows, or goto google or your favorite search engine and find out.

Paden, do you know what makes us "smart" people so smart? It's not the fact that we know alot of facts, or even know what we're doing half the time, its the fact that we can get off our lazy asses and find out something on our own.

Being stupid isn't because your teachers suck, or your parents anal raped you as a child. Its sheer laziness on your part to attempt to gain any knowledge whatsoever.

So get off your fat ass, and search around for instructions on how to install a case fan.

Yes, you must really be stupid. Because I learned how to put a case fan in by looking it up on the internet.

You don't think theres some chance, with literally millions of websites out there, that maybe you missed the one that explains how to install a case fan?

Simplest solution for you Paden:

1. Go to Wal-Mart.

2. Purchase a 10 dollar desk fan.

3. Remove the side pandel from your copmuter.

4. Place desk fan next to open side of computer.

5. Plug fan into power strip.

6. Turn on fan.
