Sgt. Johnny M. Horne Jr. (30) lost his court case for the execution of a wounded 16 year old Iraq boy. His group pulled him out of a burning car, and thought there was no chance to save him, and executed him.
He is the 6th soldier from the infantry regime Fort Riley Kansas that has been found guilty of murder. More will also get their punishment.
As will the guy that killed the wounded guy in the mosque.
Glad the "system" is working

Oslo is the heroin capital of the world. Too many rapes/murders as well...
But this is war crimes, and I am happy they are getting the punishment they deserve.

If its an actual crime.. obviously they deserve punishment. You or I do not have all the facts of every situation so its pretty damn convient to sit 2000 miles away and judge people.
I don't hear anyone still braying about Abu Ghraib.. oh because all of those people are in jail cells awaiting trial.

From the facts presented in this thread, it isn't a suprise the soldier was convicted. In criminal law it doesn't matter if someone was going to die in 1 minute, if you blow his brains out you are guilty of murder.

Actually the soldier who killed the guy in the mosque should get a bronze star for his actions .. he probably saved a shitload of people...
The circumstances of both of these cases are VERY different.. I'm not suprised someone like you wouldn't be able to differentiate.
Now please reply with your innane homophobic drivel as you always do

I didn't even see who posted this, but as soon as a "I am gay and PROUD OF IT" style statement jumped into a political thread, I didn't have to look.
No one asked. No one cares. Shut the f**k up already.

LOL .. obviously you haven't seen ballsacks replies to ANYTHING I post ... the only reason I said that is because he never addresses anything I post about but simply posts drivel like "Shut up f*g boy and go get a manicure" etc etc... So ballsack is the one who needs to get over it, not me

They are very different, but they share one common thing, which is my whole point:
I'm glad to see that the system is working. I'm glad to see people that make stupid-ass descisions in Iraq are getting punished. War or not, people have to f*****g think. These get punished as they should.

Yup. I'm the dumb-ass. Anyway, back to your hysterics. You two are really changing the world, here. Political arguments truly are the melting pots of creative ideas and progress.
