If I remade I would be a theif anyways, or maybe a red mage.
Theifs are to hard to level 8o\ Started on friday of last week and im still only 10. I am the 2nd rank of fishing though 8o)

0 skill? If you keep fishing with the little like willow and yew poles you wont get anywhere, I did that intill some jap gave me a carbon, then I worked my way up to a mithra one or some shit. Go do something else for cash, get like 5-25k and buy your self a carbon fishing pole or higher. Go to windurst and there are streams that come out from the glowing tree in the square, fish in the stream that gos into the mountian. I get more fish there than anywhere else. Either there or the lake that has a label in the western hunting grounds outside of Windurst... Can't remember what the name of it is. I found there was a good place too.

Ah, I'm San d'Oria aligned, so I've just been around there so far. Been using Glass Fiber Rod and Insect Balls, just don't seem to catch anything anywhere I go tho.

Yes. The only problem is you have to share your catches with Crayfish which sell for like nothing. They say like 800 a stack, but like I put them on for 500 and people don't even buy them. If you can get to Windurst and use insect balls there, you are automaticly going to catch only the 3 or 4 different kinds of carp... Moat, Tri-colored, Golden, and the other one if there is one.
A stack of goldens go for like 14k+
Tri-color is more than moat, and a stack of moat is 3.5k-4k. Sometimes even 4.5k.

I don't think he is. There is a fishing pole listed at the AH called something something masters fishing pole. It says it has been said to catch a sea dragon or some shit. No one has ever sold one yet.
The guy on Bis has only received 3000 or so he says. But I think you have to hand in 10000 total for him to give you it.
