Going by first edition AD&D since it's the only one I really know anything about. (and probably violating several character creation rules anyways)
Either half-elf ranger, or gnome magic-user (with specializations in alchemy and summoning/binding demons)

well if your str, int, wis, chr, con and dex had to be a score between 1-20 then what would they be. As for classes just think EQ
