And they recover his DNA at the scene, which indicates the perp is a male, then wouldn't they need to know that Lauren is really a man when investigating? Doesn't that mean there is a federal record somewhere that indicates that Lauren is really only a penisless man?

I can see how they'd have trouble, but DNA is DNA regardless of penis. they could probably also tell it was removed. answer: Lauren, when you kick in Kbarr's door, don't leave any DNA. and if you do it pre op, use a rubber. good luck.

But unless it was on record somewhere that he was a man, or they happened to look at the obviously non-woman vagina for some reason, he would immediately be eliminated as a suspect because they would be looking for a male.

It'd be awesome if when she assaulted his compound, he'd blow off a chunk of leg + artificial poon, with his 12 gauge and then when he'd go to inspect his kill she'd put like 3 rounds into his face. Then she'd bleed out her man-constructed poon wound but not before writing "Realpoor" on the floor in his and her blood. Some hapless frazzled investigator would google our beloved forum's name at 4am one night and stuff and it would make CNN.

there was a eps of SVU reagarding this very thing. The person was a transgender but when they ran her blood it showed them a him. Then in court they tried to prove that he was a she but because of some brain chemistry factor that shows that they are female can only be proven when they are post mortem they failed and she was tried and sent to a male prison were he was promptly raped and murdered.

im sure it wouldnt be hard to figure out she was a he since he'd still have the same birth name, and if he changed it im sure there would be some records showing that he still changed his name.
it would be interesting to see if they sent him to a male or female prison.
that would suck to go with a vagina to prison, fake or not.

As Lauren is XXY, DNA couldn't tell if she was a man or a woman as XXY could be either. Normally its whatever the parents choose after birth.

As Lauren is XXY, DNA couldn't tell if she was a man or a woman as XXY could be either. Normally its whatever the parents choose after birth.

First he said XXY. Then he forgot that he told everyone that lie (the drugs must s***w with his memory) and said he was XY. Then he either remembered or looked at his history and changed his story back to XXY. He's XY. Even if he was XXY, he would be considered 100% male.

Humans usually have 46 *pairs* of chromosomes. Downs is when you have an extra pair but will most usually be XX or XY.
