I bet not. One thing that never occurred to me before about increasing media consolidation is that if a handful of people own most of the media outlets, that means there's only have a handful of people you need to scare.

Arlen Specter (R-PA) the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman says he believes the administration violated a 1978 law specifically calling for a secretive court to consider and approve such monitoring.
