It'd be about the paparazzi, and would be very opened ended like.... GTA of course.
You can purchase equipment, improve performance of your camera, film whatever, and u can make contacts who will give you tips on who was sighted where doing what. And you can make up fake celebrities based on real celebrities doing messed up things like doing drugs, banging hookers, and what not.
You can work for an agency taking sports pictures or work on your own, check out real life locations and etc.
So, who wants to buy my idea for $1 million?

Ideas are the easy part. I used to work with a guy who wanted to be an "idea man." One day, at lunch, he kept talking about how great this idea was and how he should really get paid for his ideas.
Me: "I've got an idea, too."
Him: "What's that?"
Me: "Travel at the speed of light. Oh. And generate light without heat. Wow, my ideas are worth billions."
Later, I worked with another guy who said one of his previous job titles was "Concept Engineer." I love the guy to death but this was the cheesiest thing I think anyone has ever said to me.
Him: "Yeah. I was a Concept Engineer for a while."
Me: "Uh... you mean, uh... ?"
Him: "Think about it. What is an engineer? Now, what is a concept? Put them together and you have what I did."
I had never been more embarassed for someone before. How do you respond to shit like that?
Anyway, yeah. Ideas are the easy part. Sorry if I sound like I'm ranting.

Dude, that page doesn't say anyting and that developer doesn't even have a website up.
I want this game to be so realistic, you can play it and be able to go out and be a real paparazzi if you so choose.

i think it could be a very funny and therefore popular game if done right
but doing it right would involve using real stars and theyd all sue you and stuff
