I want to deliver a message for King Altador in NeoPets, but I don’t know if I am going to be able to do it because I just started playing this game and maybe I need to be a little more involved with this game to be able to deliver a message for King Altador in NeoPets?

You are right. There is no way in hell that you will be able to deliver a message for King Altador in NeoPets and you just started playing this game. You need to be in this game at least for some while before you are able to deliver any kind of message and especially message that is suppose to be delivered to King Altador in neo pets. I was thinking the same like you are right now when I started playing this game, but after some time I decide that this is not the smartest move that I made in a while so I gave it all up at least for that time.
