u need the original CC # used to activate acct, CD keys, original acct info such as address, and whatever else they might ask. but basically if u can legitimately prove original ownership, they'll reset the PW and presto-chango its yours again.

Because I am not that type of person. I am hoping whoever has him now (he was a bot/alt of some mage) will be nice enough to either A) give him back or B) sell him back. Either way I'm up for it.
