Last year I quit my job because the company didnt run so well and since then I have been searching for another job. Then I accidentally discovered Second Life. I said to myself, Ok, I can have a little fun before I find another job. But alas. I spent hours and hours in the virtual world and got totally addicted. Now I cant get out of it. In the meantime I found a job but still all my leisure time I spend in SL. Please help me quit!!!

The addiction to computers, internet, mmo games, and especially SL is a growing problem throughout the world. You have to find yourself some other way to use your leisure time, and must resist logging into SL account. Maybe you could give someone else your account to use it. If he or she changes the password, you wont be able to access your character again.

If you spend all of your LEISURE time in SL, what's the matter? As long as SL doesn't interfere with anything else, you seem OK to me. Unless you WANT to be doing something else, of course

Well, if you really want to quit, I would recommend handing your account over to someone else with instructions not to let you back on. But like they say, It is only your leisure time. Depends on what makes you come back to it.
