| Here's what happened. I recieved enough info to move the character onto a new account which i had full control over. I then recieved an email from blizzard saying the account was banned. now yesterday i logged on to see that someone was playing the character. i called blizz and they wont help me till i can find the last name of the account it started with a "W" |

| -IF- you had enough info to move the toon to a new account you WOULD have the last name of the guy which the account is registered under, I would say you've been scammed |

| Learn from this, right down every piece of info during a trade, this is one of the first things you should always do. Sorry but you will not get your account back. |

You got send a phishing e-mail is my bet. They have the account but need all information to move it to a new account so it cant be recovered by you. Since you cant get it back, report the account name for trading accounts to get it banned before the scammer can trade it. |

Like Odus said...you got phished, the guy/company that sold/traded you that account sent you a fake email from Blizz.......did you click it or following any links from the email ? Input any info ?
I say "scorched earth"....call Blizz and report the account as being sold/traded. |
