Warlock if you want to be decent in PvP, be one of the least popular classes and be an efficient soloer.
Shaman if you want to wtfpwn, be FOTMkthxbyeggnore, and be teh win in pvp.

If you're guilded, take whichever tou think is the best for your guild... Many guilds are lacking healers, so shamans are good there.

My first char was a warlock. lvled him to 41. fun class but it just didnt fit as i got higher to the style i wanted to approach the game with. Very versatile class. can bring alot to the group but can also take away if it is played stupid. it can also solo alot of content others cannot for one reason or another.
im currently playing a rogue and my friend is playing a shammy. Shammy f*****g ownz. he can hold agro, heal, interrupt anything ( most of their spells are instacast ), and he can tank. overall the shammy reminds me of the druid of EQ. capable of fulfilling just about any role. The " Jack of all Trades ".
Id say go shammy over warlock from personal experience with both.

Looks like a shaman is a good choice but if they are so good and tat everyone play them...i'm affraid that they will get nerfed soon...
Anyway I have a level 8 tauren shaman ill play him more and see how it goes.
I dont really want to level high for now I just want to have fun and see which class I like the most...
Paladins are not bad but I like spells diversity much more now.
