Hi! A Buddy key is a key that allows you 10 days of free access The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. 10-DAY buddy keys are found on the same box insert as your retail product key. Since you dont have boxed version of the game, you should contact Turbine Support Number. When asked about what kind of support you seek, select Account Management. After that, you should select the game, select The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar, then you will be connected to live operator. He or she will ask you for your fist or last name. After that tell him or her that you need a free buddy key, and he will give you one.
