So I get a call from my daughter's school asking me to go there to pick up my daughter...
My gf was at home too so we went together...once there the Director tell us that my daughter was involved in a fight...
My gf : Martine would never do that lol I wonder what happened...
Me : she maybe went nuts like her mom lol *I know stupid joke*
Remind you all that my gf will finish this year her master in psyco education
We enter....
and see the director with his I so scary look I almost shit in my pants and wanted to ask him if his wife had forced him to sleep on the coutch last night.
Then I see her teacher, the parents of the "victim" my daughter sitting with tears and the "victim" playing the victim still all red of madness for an unknown reason.
So the moron start : Martine hit jessica in the face right before they got in the bus for lunch time at home.
*******mean while both other parents and by the look of them I knew that it would be fun************
I ask : Well what happened...
the Director : Well...
Me : No I want Martine to tell me what happened.
Martine : She pushed me for no reason , I felt down and after she jumped on the little house box that ive made
Me : And?
Victim : Not true!!!!!!!!!!!
Me : And?
Martine : After she made fun of me and tossed my school bag so I got mad.
Me : And you decided to hit her?
Martine : Yes
Victim : not true she lies!!!
Teacher : Well how come many students and the bus driver said that you started Jessica?
Victim parent : My daughter is not like that she prob did something to her first!
Victim mom : yeah!
Anyway.................................
After a while the director tell my daughter that since she hit her she wont go the to end of the year trip to the zoo...
NOW THAT WAS THE TOP OF THE PILE OF SHIT.
I said : Excuse me?
My gf : What?!?!!?
Director : she hit Jessica she was wrong!
************i'll jump a few part but basicly I told him f**k off that my daughter in fact did the right thing to defend herself from Miss victim***********
Her dad :started to call me a sicko that did'nt knew how to rise my child...
****************you guys should have seen him kind of guy that everyone wants to hit in the face***********************
So the victim and her parents leave....
I enter the office with everyone except my daughter....
************My daughter did
nt lose any comportement point during all the year shes always nice she do everything that shes being told and respect the others....***************
So my gf got so mad : So because of that girl who attacked her for no reason she wont be able to go to the end of the year trip to zoo? WHAT A NICE f*****g WAY TO SHOW HER TO ACT CORRECTLY NEXT TIME DO YOU THINK THAT SHE WILL BE SO NICE IN CLASS ***talking to the director.
Teacher : well from what the bus driver said mister the director...martine defended herself and only after jessica trowe dher backpack after pushing her and jumping on her class made house...
I got mad to and simply told him : Martine will go to her trip or I go make a complain to the schoolar commission.
****************I was so funny watching him trying to prove his stupid Canada peace wanna be point while being owned every single time by my gf that I had pity for him****************
SO i got out...and lucky for the director...my ex's gf whos Martine's mom had just arrived *yes the blonde form the pics*
Ill simplify it and say that she basicly told the director that he was a moron.
After that ...the teacher told me that she was sorry and that she would do everything so that martine can go to the zoo trip...
Martine was there in tears...
she told me : Dad im sorry I was so mad when she jumped on my house and tossed my bag...I want to go to the zoo...
Me : It's okay Honey I don't blame you...
My gf right in front of the director who was comming out : You did the right thing Martine don't ever let anyone treat you that way and if you cant go I WILL bring you to the zoo.
My daughter then made us a smiles and God know that shes not a mean child...in fact it's my fault for living in a f*****g country and in a f*****g city of freaks.
Were we right ? Its just that for me...no child should let himself be beated without acting..espacialy against torubles child like that girl.
When I told this to my parents..my dad was so f*****g mad...lucky for the director that my dad wasn't there cause at the end he would he told Martine himself that she would indeed goto the zoo.
Funny but everyone except director and gouvernement morons knows that even if you are very nice at school trouble always come to you soon or later.

I'm very sorry your daughter was "bullied" to the point that she had to actually resort to violence. However, she did lay her hands "punch" another student in a physical manner.
I know in the school district I teach in, you touch another student (read: punch/hit) you are gone for five days and go to jail. This includes any extra curricular field trips that are planned. I'm not denigrating the fact that she had the right to defend herself, but please don't forget that she had other options then to punch the other girl, provoked or not. Nowhere in there did I read she said anything to her teacher (the fact that the teacher did not see it happening is another story I won't even begin to touch)

The other child assulted her first, pushing counts as far as starting a fight.
I got off with throwing the first punch in a fight, in highschool, in the middle of class, because the other guy had been repeadedly kicking my legs under a desk. Other then missing the rest of that class period, no penaltys

Well punch was more slap but at her level preschool you need to realize that talking to the teacher is not always possible. When she has a problem in class her teacher often told me that she solve it with np or she come to talk with the teacher...but in the school yard or ourside school it's another story even more where I live...just walk a bit around a school after class time and you wil lprob see 1-2 little fights..lots of pushing cursing etc...
How do you stop a person 2 year older then you cause shes 6 and the girl was 8 from attacking you? she pushed her on the ground...jumped on her schol work and tossed her bag in front of everyone...I would have done the same but much more.
I often went to parks to play with my daughter and sometimes while playing with kids she was being pushed...sometimes by accident sometimes cause the kids were just bad kids. she would or just go on..or just sit there or come to see me and ask to leave.
Now imagine the same scene but 6-10 years later in high school...she CANT talk to teacher cause the consiquence could be much much worse so even if teacher, director , psycologist all claims that to hit should not happen it does happen and student sometime have no other choice and it's sadly impossible to prevent in real life and not on a papper life that it.
2 times in my life I had to fight cause the other guy came to me and didn't gave me any other choice...often I saw some young guy get beated for absolutly no reason at all are you telling me that I should have taken a good beaten like them? hell no if someone touch me they get it first.
My daughter did the same but on a smaller scale. when the teacher or anyone else is not there you have to relly on yourself and to look like a cry baby in front of everyone for years is much more dommagable for you.
Also what p****s me off the most is tat she worked hard and she has been a very good girl all the year and now becaus eof a little girl bad risen she wont go to her end of the year trip with all her friends? thats pure b*******t.
And if she would have slapped her after she got pushed...I would have told her that it was a little harsh but I nkow her she would have moved on and told me back home that she meet a bad girl but after 3 attacks* unless you like to look weak and be the target of all the freaks it's time to counter.

Bullying is bullying no matter which way you spin it. In elementary, middle or high school and should not be tolerated. If your school district/school had any cajones they would take care of it when it's reported. If not, then sucks to be them. How do you think the entire Colombine situation came about. Now I'm not equating what has happened to that, but ignoring it on the family/class/school/district level only encourages such behavior.

In first grade I could not go to the yearly field trip because I chipped a peace of paint off the wall that was already commin off in art class.
Told me it was destruction of school property.
I've got in alot of fights over the years.
One resulting in me throwing a desk at a student.
(this one got me kicked out of school in the 6th grade)

Throwing a desk at someone makes you look like a complete idiot. If you have a problem with someone you let them know. Even if you decide to fight the person win or lose you will get respect.

Holy shit what nazi county do you live in? When I was going to school people would get in fights and as long as there wasn't any blood or broken property they got sent to the principal office and maybe in school suspension. Unless you are teaching in inner city areas then maybe I can understand that type of reacion.

hell when I was in first grade I chased down a 6th grader and beat him beyond belief. Kid ended up with both eyes blackened, a split lip and a bloody nose--however that was after he was picking on a mentally handicapped kid in a wheel chair, calling him names and throwing rocks and shit at him, sooooo I took it upon my self to play the a*****e, chased him into the field tackled his ass then beat the shit out of him--how I got out of a punishment is beyond me!

Nazi County? That's the exact reason our schools in the US are in the shape that they are in. In this day and age the school districts and administrators of the school are worrying about the "next lawsuit" stemming from disciplinary issues or concerns. Parents don't want to hone up to the fact that their Johnny or Mary are disruptive in the classrooms. I spend 85% of my time for each class period on classroom management and 15% on teaching. When that should be the other way around. That can all stem from one fact, districts no longer using corporal punishment. Over the last 25 years or so the atmosphere in the schools has changed tremendously because of that.

Gotta say THANK CHRIST I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA. Unfortunately, we are becoming more Americanised in the sense people fear litigation rather than dealing with the MAIN problem in the first place.
Mael, I say this. Put your daughter through some martial arts training. It will do wonders for her self confidence, and hopefully, if anything happens like this again, she'll break the other little b*****s nose. More than that, no one that knows her will pick on her again if she does stand up for herself.
Yeah we need some formal of punishment in schools, but more than that, parents need to wake the f**k up and discipline their own children. Weak f*****g parents who won't discipline their child, and then want to sue schools for disciplining children suck balls.
My parents always told me if someone hits you, hit em back. Having one child go to a teacher after being pushed will achieve nothing. The kid won't worry bout hitting another child again, because their punishment was so f*****g weak. However, I doubt she'll want to push your daughter again, because she knows she's gonna have to defend her own ass if she does.
