Filters are for people who don't know how to manipulate software well enough to get it to do what they want.
Name something you're trying to do and I'll bet you I have a tutorial for it that doesn't involve some homosexual filter pack.

That's like saying calculators are for people that don't know how to add... I mean, if you can do it with a filter, why do it the hard way?

your link is dead... i was hoping to see some of your tutorials for textures. ive playing with them for a while now and would like to uh  get some influence from others creations.

some ok tutorials.
try xenofex. there are some ok effects with it. if you have kazaa you can get 1000s of filters. i have just about every filter out there. and while i do know how to do most of it manualy it is alot easier and some of the effects cant be done without the filters. if i had some decent web space id put them in a pack for ftp for dl
