What I hated about WoW is that you couldn’t chat with other factions and everyone has their own language which makes it really difficult. I’d really like to chat with my enemies just to be able to tell them who’s the boss. Please tell me Warhammer won’t be like WoW.

Warhammer Online is certainly going to be different than WoW but not in this particular field. Allowing everyone to be able to chat will really have dire consequences. I presume they’ll be making some kind of server where you can taunt your enemies all you want so you will perhaps have a place to go and fulfill your childish desire.
