Well it depends what kind of ram you need (DIMM/SIMM) Also it depends on the speed of the ram, what kind of ram.... God you're a dumb ass, people that have computers but don't know anything about how they work other than pressing the power key p**s me off =/
I still remember the time I called compaq to find out what ram they put in my s****y ass compaq computer and the guy tried to convince me that I didn't need to upgrade the ram cause he thought it had enough ram. That was a wtf experience

I got the 71.00 Corsair
The order f****d up and it orderd 2. If my email i sent dont cancel it then i will have 1 gig or ram (not a bad thing but i will owe my dad $$)
