I got a job today lol.. I have a p**s test tommarow so im doin all i can to get clean. I havnt smoked in 3 weeks but im still not taking my chances.
Went to the store and bought A bottle of Niacin pills, a box of pectin and a gallon jug of water. lady at the counter was lookin at me funny lol...
gonna pop some niacin now and drink a gallon of water. (or try) Im goin to the gym in a couple hours to do some running then gonna pound more water then sit in the sauna...
wake up early and drink alot of pectin over a period of 4 hours or so before the test . Yeah i will be taking a multi vitamin to make my p**s yellow. gonna be up all night EQin so... gonna be p****n so much.
Anyone got any other ideas? or did i cover em all..

there's tests they do to see if you've ran anything to clear yourself out.
best think of an excuse as to why you cleared yourself out IF they ask. and or google it

aspirin and salt will balance your levels somewhat.
drink tons of gatorade with some added salt, take 2 aspirin every 2 hours, and take a vitamin B.
and their is no way in hell you could fail if you haven't smoked in 3 weeks. 2 weeks is usually fine. unless you have a slow ass metabolism.

i'll get right on it kbarr.
anyway.. tryin to get back in the gym scene also.. felt good to do an all body work out and sit in the sauna for a half hour...
drank 2 gallons of water in the past 4 hours... my balls were soakin wet when i got out of the sauna~!
btw gonna take some niacin now that i got nothin to do tonight but eq and sleep.
WW, i havnt smoked in 3 weeks.. before that was probably for about a week i smoked.. and before that was about 2 months because i was out of the continental US..
