Right, so my work place was about to close and one of my kids comes up to me and says, Hey man, can this customer try on this costume rq? And I look at her and say, Will how fast is quik? (with a smile on my face mind you) and she mutters "well, quik I guess! I promise.." So I say, Of Course we can get that costume for ya, np! Hold on one sec. (With a smile and kinda bubbly about the whole thing. I was teasin her btw)
I go get the outfit from the back room and come to the doors to leave the room and my minions stop me right there and go, Dude she just said f**k it and walked off. Am like, well, ok.... good thing for us I guess, we will be getting out on time!
not even 2 minutes later, I hear this commotion up front so scurry my way up there and find a guy yelling at a really nice co-worker of mine asking to see a manager. I am not a manager but I have the ability to take over certain manager duties, so I ask teh man, Maybe I can be of assistance, what can I help you with? And BAM the fued starts...
He starts cussin me out and calling me names only 5 year olds would use. Am like, why such a fuss over me? He states, You just made my girl friend cry and she is very up set blah blah blah. Am like, why dont I talk to her about it, she turns around and walks away screaming, I don't wanna talk to yer rude ass! Am like whoa, whatever chick. He starts getting really p****d as I stand there apologizing about something I didnt even mean with a big grin on my face and he starts to step closer to me.
Karen shows up (manager of the nite) calms him down and asks what the deal was. He yells out loud, one of your employees is an a*****e!! And he made my GF upset. She somehow gets them both outside and says she will take care of it!
(This part right here was great as hell LOL)
As he steps outside the doors, I go "Have a nice nite! Check ya later bro!" And he starts to try to get back in to brawl. Karen literally kicks him out the door and locks it! (shes like 6'2" tall!)
Shes asks me what I did, I said I did nothing to insult a baby and I have witnesses and shit, shes like, well I have to write you up nonetheless. That is where I got p****d and had a s****y nite! Am trying to defend myself against this write up process, but with no avail, I was still written up and than lectured about customer service!
To the a******s of america...... I hope you f*****g die from yer girlfriend giving u HIV and than your new found boyfriend named Russ rams u so hard yer inners come out yer uethra! Die mother f*****s die!

Dude, fight that shit... just because some pansy ass mother f****r whined about you upsetting his girlfriend doesn't mean you should have a write up coming when you really didn't do anything. I mean were that the case I could get anyone in trouble just by saying shit...

She probably was insistant on writing you up because at the end of the situation you provoked the boyfriend for kicks when she was close by and had to manage to lock him out. From what you said it sounds like the guy wanted to be some super hero for his less than Lois Lane girlfriend. Chalk it up to a learning experience. "sorry we are closing".

Dre they probably want to fire you. They can't do it without prior disciplinary action or else they could potentially get sued, which is bad (unless they have grounds for immediate termination, and that's rare).
As a manager, I would go out of my way to write-up everyone who needed to be fired, and try to get as much on them as possible to make my case before the ax fell.
You might want to start looking for another job, just keep in mind that I could be way wrong.
