the coolest thing about symphonia is the multiplayer battles.
other than that it's a cookie cutter rpg imo.

but some of the dialogue is clever. it feels very anime.
i'm still gonna beat it tho.

I used to work at EB, always hated the people who came in and asked for the most popular game ever and when you told them that it was only available to those who pre-ordered they bitched and told you they'd take their business elsewhere.
We just shrugged it off... not like they were buying anything anyways at that moment first off, second off... everyon else was sold out too so it's not like they were going to find it.
Most of the time they came back and asked if they could put a copy on order so they'd get it for sure next shipment.

m***********s probably selling the pre-ordered copies to their friends or something.. they did it to me twice.. one was for an EQ expansion, they told me when I went to pick up my pre-orders that I could only pick up 2 pre-orders (I had ordered 5) because they were "short on supply"
Umm.. if I paid for 5 I will get 5. It's that simple. If you didn't order enough that's your f*****g problem, not mine. And this wasn't even partial payment it was paid in full.

Pre-ordering is a s****y business idea and only stays becuase of the amount of money they still are able to make on it. Best Buy for life.

We always did ours based on the order that people pre-paid for them. If someone didn't get theirs it was one of two things...
1) The publisher didn't send us enough copies
2) The morons pre-purchased the day before... you know, when the number of copies was already sent to match the pre-purchase numbers. So when they got to the store if there weren't extras sent (games such as Zelda 64 were like this) then people who didn't pre-purchase before a certain date were just SOL.

I love Best Buy. The giant, uncaring warehouse is where I want to shop. I'd rather have more product and less service than the other way around.
I grow weary of these EB/Babbages nerds as they stand behind their counter, staring derisively at you for daring to ask them about a release date on something. As if you were a n**d just like they.
I'd like to beat them down and tear their Magic collection to pieces right before their eyes, and then force them to snort the shredded cards from the ass cracks of every nerdy kid they've ever sneered at in the store.
