If I have someones IP address and I want to find out where they live how do I do it? This person has been harassing me and I wanna see who it is.

You can usually tell by the subnet they're coming from:::
Like 200.x.x.x is primarily latin america
Most of the random shit you find is APNIC space which is Asia.. PM me the IP and I'll let you know where they're coming from.

http://www.arin.net/ - put an IP in at the top of the page and it will tell you who it's delegated to (which ISP) which is a decent starting point.

if you do a tracert on an IP, a lot of the time it will show you where the IP is by virtue of city names within the hops
|
