This is God telling the people of Florida that they should move. Blowing their house down every couple years didn't seem to be getting through to them, we'll see if 4 times in one summer will do the trick.

A friend of mine and I are seriously thinking about going down there in a few weeks and seeing if we can pick up some cheap property in the high end areas:)
We are waiting to see if the pan handle gets smashed in a day or 2.
There is always a silver lining!

Everything down there is already dirt cheap. When I was in Cocoa Beach a few months ago, a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house with a pool in the backyard on beachfront property was only $100k, compared to the 3 bedroom 2 bath, no pool, not quite on the beach house I'm living in now in California that's worth $625k+. I was wondering at the time why it was so cheap, and looking at that weather forecast, I now understand.
People whine about earthquakes, but I'll take a minor earthquake once every 5 years where I live, over getting pounded in the ass 4 times in a month by those hurricanes.
Edit: Also, property in Flordia is safe from bankruptcy, meaning if you file, you don't have to sell your house in Flordia to pay off creditors.

The Cocoa Beach area and Brevard County in general have all skyrocketed in price due to an influx of f*****g old people from New York and Michigan. I bought 5 lots in Palm Bay, FL 5 years ago for $3,500 each and now each is worth $45,000.

Well, Florida is a key state for the 04 elections, and if these hurricanes keep coming, only the rats and cockroaches (in otherwords....democrats.
) will be left. Kerry would be guaranteed a victory.

Stevan Segal told me an evil american scientist is testing out a new WoMD that involves a hurricane machine in an effort to tamper with the 2004 election.
