I really like the little hearts squirtin up out of the mob's face when i am attempting to tame it.
Other than that, I'm having trouble finding unique creatures to tame. It seems there are only 6 or 7: owls, bears, wolves, crocs, turtles and cats.
I want a really unique pet. I don't care if it sucks, I just want something a little different.
Any ideas? Or is there a thread somewhere w/ this amazingly important question answered?

I've seen Giraffes, Horses, raptors, vultures
Not sure if they're tamable, but they are beasts.

Raptors and Vultures are, but they are far from unique.
If you want something unique get a crab or turtle, no one gets thoes. There is a good named turtle in both Wailing Caverns and BFD. Also my favorite looking turtle is from Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles. It has blood red / green eyes, with a cool looking shell.
Not sure about crabs, but at 50+ there are lava crabs that you can get, as well as some black ones in some of the mid level zones.

Was more saying the ones that he didn't say. Personally I wanted to make a hunter to get a giraffe

I think it's in Zul'Farrak that you can tame some snake looking beasts, kinda look like the Nagas.

Armored Boars at the bottom of RFK can be tamed and I've yet to see anyone running around with those. The black ones look best by far.

After sprint is down, I have no gimmicks to kill a hunter, because I can't vanish due to mark, and probably won't get close enough to blind a smart hunter. Though it is absolutely hilarious when I can blind, chug a WoTF potion, then proceed to stick on him like white on rice.

Have you seen if the undead looking ones that still are considered beasts are tameable? The ones without eyes and bloody scars all over them?

I've seen a lot of the undead pets, mostly bears and wolves...not sure if I've actually seen someone with a boar.

the naga snakelike looking pets outa zul farak are very rare. think iv seen 2 sofar on my server. the best pet by far is the small spiders from lbrs, 1.0 attack speed screws people really fast.
