Hunters, a quick question...

I was wondering what the best strategy for pet use was? Should one get a pet and use him through or should I get higher level pets as I am able?

Are you looking for dmg? tank? aggro control? I personally used my same pet Gorilla(tank) from 35-50 cause I didn't want to rebuild my loyalty. But I switched recently cause I just needed something new. Also you have the option to stable your pets, so you can switch between 3 different pets.

What is this loyalty you speak of? I know nothing about hunters =/

Which creatures are classified as tanks? Damage dealers?

Loyalty is classified in 6 levels, each upper your pets dmg, etc. It goes from lvl 1(rebelious) to lvl 6(best friend). Yea that post will tell you what each pet is and what is tameable, etc.

I personally like the bear: good hps and armor and ok damage. Mine is named TeddyRoxspin.

think im gonan play wow , is it actully a game that you dont get bored with, i got bored with eq2, anyone know if its better?

Every pet I ever had with any hunter I made (I have at least 3 20+ hunters on different servers, no one can make up their mind on where to play) was named TonyDanza.

I'm only 37. But I'm still with the same pet I tamed at 10. I just like him to much. Snow Leopard.

I'm going to try to tame one of those level 12 lizards that roams around the road around bloodhoof when I get strong enough, or hoping it'll let me do that, hehe.
