Someone tell me why these a******s who went to Iraq cant and shouldnt be charged with Treason During wartime and lose there Citizenship?

Because they're protecting non-combatants.
If you protect enemy forces or installments, you're a traitor. If you're protecting civilians, you're just an idiot.

Ahhh.. ok that makes sense, But I personaly see it as Being a traitor. and to go to that extreme should at least cause them the lose there Citizenship.
Let them find out first hand why its happening.

it is actually being a traitor but the media frowns on us executing retarded 25 year olds so we just sit tight and hope the bombs get um... just like that lady who got run over in israel let krama run its course.

Well, I'd guess because they didn't try to overthrow the government; they just tried to change its behaviour. They certainly didn't try to kill or personally injure anyone. So it doesn't really fit the definition.

Stand for what you believe in here, by protesting.
Don't go over there and attempt to cause our soldiers to divert their battle tactics so they don't have to blow your ass up, possibly getting themselves killed in doing it.

They make the choice of going there to protect civilians. If they do, they also make the choice to be in the same position they are. If the get bombed, they die. Why would it divert your battle tactics? They didn't change them for human shields in '90
|

If they don't, fine, they run the risk of getting bombed.
If we do have to change anything to accomodate them, f*****g execute them when they get back to the states.

Well, the point im getting at is that when we are at war like we are right now, whats the difference if you sell the enemy war Aids such as guns,missles,war plans ect. to help the Enemy out, or you go there and lay in front of the places most likly to be bombed there for your person becomes the war Aid to the enemy in a sense the same as Guns,missles Protective gear ect.
how ever you look at it the point is your helping out the enemy in disreguard to your country goal.
whether or not your doing this knowingly or not its still Treason IMO, they midas well knit a kevlar Blanket to give to Iraq to Drape the Highly Bomb areas.
It just plain Wrong IMO.

Im mean common, If you say there Human shielding the citizens well thats a waste cause were not intrested in them.
they better have a lot of sun block cause its gonna be a lot of long / boreing days sitting there.
Were bombing military and leadership areas. and thats where there at From what I understand.

They are probably feeling a little queasy. President Bush should address them in his next speech: "And for those of you who have decided to become 'human shields' in Iraq, your brave sacrifice shall ring true to us all many years after your imminent death."
Then we'll see how many return to take care of their "sick" mothers.
