How to reopen the skillbar/hotbar in Lineage 2?

Hi there! I unfortunately left my password and user to get remembered. I left for school and my brother was sick. He turned on my pc and found L2 on it. And he started it and LOGGED IN with my account! And he somehow managed to REMOVE hotbar! How can I reopen it?

Never experienced such a problem, but I really dont think this could be a problem. I am not playing L2, so I am not sure, but there must be a preferences or options in menu, where you can select skill bar, or hot bar, to get shown on the main window.
